School portal
I'm an after-school and weekend school. Make a course registration system for us. There should be 4 pages. 1. Child management. User may register and manage their child or children's names. 2. Course management, the admin can manage the course, input the normal information required for each course: class time, venue, teacher, description, and tuition. 3. Course registration, every user may register and cancel the course for their child. 4. My registration, the user may see registered courses for each child, and the total tuition to pay.
Farmer's market directory
Make a stall bidding website. Admin may manage the stall list with position, size (unit), tenant rent $. Then admin may publish events with date and time, topic, customer to be invited if the event has specific. Each event has a biding period from o'clock date to o'clock date. Tenant needs to input basic information for registration: name, phone number, email, product, owner's name, license for food or any category requiring license. For each event, during the bidding time, the tenant can choose the stall. If the stall is occupied, they can raise a new higher price. The registration is done immediately for higher price, and the pre-bidder took the stall will get an email notification as the stall is taken by another higher bidder. Tenant should have a page of validated bidding and bidding history, including the history of the stall taken by higher bidder.

I'm a realtor. I want to have a blog website I can publish to subscribers. No authentication is needed. I can define Interest for each blog, and I can add, delete and change the interest. Default interests are House in Austin, Apartment in Austin, Rental in Austin. A visitor can subscribe the blog by providing one "source" information from a pickup list, and email address to get the notification, and may have one or multiple interests to choose from a list. I can add, delete and change the source list. The default sources are existing customer, web, seminar, and advertisement. Each blog may have one or multiple interests. When the blog is published, the subscriber choosing the interests can get an email notification with a 25-word briefing, then there is a URL linking to the blog in the email. Each URL should have unique identity so the blog may know who is visiting. Each email notification should have a link to unsubscribe. The blog website needs to record the visiting if the URL has the unique identity. I need a live dashboard to show the number of visited blogs by view of single source, single interest and mixed source and interest. Don't ask the subscriber to provide any PII except the email.
